Dr. Pleasant treats patients in the office and the surgery center in Atlanta (Buckhead) and Fayetteville.
Dr. Pleasant graduated from Wake Forest University and attended medical school at The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine/Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and his residency in Anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY. Following residency he completed the Tri-Institute Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship in New York, NY where he worked at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Hospital for Special Surgery, and New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Pleasant is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
